Simon Hart
Simon Hart (1969 - ). Artist and designer Simon Hart works from a studio at his home in Dartmouth, Devon where he moved to from London many years ago. Simon's unique collage style gives his work a strong, recognisable identity. Simon graduated from London's Royal College of Art and has become best-known for his bright and colourful seascapes that depict the fishing villages and harbours of Cornwall and Devon. His charming illustrations of vehicles and robots are inspired by naïve and childlike art and is one of his favourite styles to work. Simon has more recently found fresh inspiration in the wildlife and nature that surrounds him, creating some stunning illustrations of Woodland animals, dogs, cats and birds.
